There is ample parking immediately adjacent to our entrance on the East side of the building (Charles St is the West side of the Atrium building). Street parking *may* be also available along S. Charles St and along Montgomery Street, but please read the local signs to be sure you are appropriately parked. Rules for street parking vary during “stadium” events.
For navigation by car, please use the address "51 East Hughes Street" to more easily locate the parking lot immediately adjacent to our offices at Suite 103. PLEASE NOTE: This is a public parking lot and the rates vary according to popular events such as Ravens and Orioles games, so please refer to https://parking.airgarage.com and input the 51 E. Hughes St. address to get updated information. The rates are typically between $4 and $6 per hour, but in times of high demand the prices have been as high as $60 flat fee. They will tow you if you fail to pay, and they are quick about it. MOST weekdays there are more than a dozen spots that are open in this lot, which has 52 total spaces. Please use common sense when parking anywhere in Baltimore, lock your car, and be vigilant about your personal safety. We’ve never had a problem since I moved here in 2021.
